Traditional wind or photovoltaic power plants use decentralized equipment such as PLC, lightning protection module, PT, current transmitter, voltage transmitter, etc. to complete functions such as transformer protection, measurement and control, and information upload. Due to the use of multiple auxiliary devices, there are many wiring faults in the entire system, making debugging, operation, and maintenance relatively difficult. Simultaneously involving equipment from multiple manufacturers makes it difficult to coordinate the operation, debugging, and maintenance of the product.
The LOR900B box transformer protection and measurement device adopts an integrated design, which integrates multiple functions such as protection and measurement, non electricity protection, communication, and local control. One device can complete tasks that can only be coordinated by multiple devices, while ensuring the same functions such as protection, measurement and control, and information exchange of the transformer, reducing the difficulty of product use and operation and maintenance costs.
Centralized monitoring
Concentrate and combine the functions of various dispersed devices and instruments, monitor the current, voltage, oil level, oil temperature, and other electrical and non electrical quantities of transformers in real time, and form a fiber optic ring network through dual optical fibers to upload data to the main station.
Enhance the protection function of transformers
It integrates the functions of traditional transformer relay protection, such as three-stage overcurrent protection, zero sequence protection, overvoltage and low voltage protection, etc. Its protection function can be switched on and off, making it convenient for users to choose and use.
Accident recording and storage function
The device records the operating status of the transformer, and records SOE events such as protection tripping events, remote control events, switch displacement, and non electric displacement in chronological order. Users can delete them according to their needs (password required) for easy access and inspection.
On site operation
Compared to traditional monitoring solutions, this device is equipped with a display and keyboard, making it convenient for maintenance and inspection personnel to access monitoring, protection, switch displacement, historical records, and other information of the transformer on site.
Easy to maintain
The device adopts an integrated design, with relatively dispersed devices and instrument combination monitoring, reducing the complexity of wiring, simplifying maintenance procedures and costs.
